    Well first of all, sorry for the English, the translator is to use as my primary language is Spanish. I'm from Argentina, and a few months ago I decided to build my simulator 2dof movement. As we have a special economic policy, the materials are expensive for us for the conversion of the currency. 1 euro equals 15 pesos, plus the customs policy is a problem, so the sacrifice in the assembly of these projects. Materials for version 1.0 as I call it, were two potentiometers, two 12V motors dc windscreen a Toyota Hilux, "moto monster" brigde and h-R3 Arduino Uno, supply power pc 400 and the other software. Here the first tests.

    After testing and checking will step to the assembly of the structure, structural pipe of 30x30mm for the seat base and 35x35mm for the estructura.Los restro engines uniball rod ends are connected by 12mm threaded rod with a 12mm by 450mm long. The engine cranks with 54mm long, and the motor shaft a system to move the potentiometers which are 10kohm linear, at the end has a rubber Cañito which serves to supply the imbalance shaft and acceded fuse in case of full turn by a bug in the software.

    The seat pivot axis became a universal joint steering of a vehicle Ford Fiesta 96. And to prevent the seat rotate on its axis stabilizer bars are placed to fix the circular structure made of kneecaps travel and 8mm threaded rod 8mm to 30mm in length.

    The source is a Dell server 57amperes source server is recommended because of its cost and the quality of its components. 57 amps for two motors work too well.

    [IMG]

    The electronics are composed of an Arduino Uno R3 Ebay China that cost 6 euros, always ask several more, and a bridge-h "Moto Monster" Chinese for 8 euros, it is recommended to ask more than three and that is so cheap manufactures come with failures, the test image below owed to the "moto-monster" before wiring or move forward in the project. In version 1.0 the Arduino was mounted with special software motomonster but then and in version 2.0 and present, and to work with simtools is wired by the draft SCM3. All this in a cabinet source obsolete pc.

    Then and now in version 2.0 limpioparabrisas place dc motors 12v Ford Taunus to be more robust and more powers than before. These recommend that are refrigerated, in this case by two 12v pc coolers.

    good English is not required. just use google translate. post it with your native language. you will get a better response.

    Inglés bien no es necesario. sólo tiene que utilizar el traductor de google . publicar con su lengua materna. obtendrá una mejor respuesta.

    HELLO PEOPLE!!
    I am new to the forum, I set my X Motion with Arduino UNO and a controller Motomonster, I have a problem;
    everything works fine until I connect the G27, the software stops sending data to the Arduino after a few seconds, restart the machine and the same thing happens. With another simpler wheel everything works perfectly, so I have this problem with the G27, I have reinstalled the Arduino drives and G27 and nothing. Can someone help me? following pictures of my Xmotion.
