    My Motion Simulator:
    2DOF, Arduino

After a few months, I am happy to have managed to carry out my project with the help of everyone here.
I'm from Brazil and sorry my english...

I had never worked with Arduino before and it was a challenging and rewarding experience in the end !!
    These form the first tests.

Well .. At first I had problems with the MotoMonster VNH2SP30 type plate and it didn't work for me.
So I decided to switch to two H-Bridges 43A IBT-2 and everything started to flow!

    [IMG][IMG]

I chose to make a simple, compact and basic movement platform with low cost recycled materials.
From the picture you can get an idea ... In the end I modified it a little and ended up getting a little different from the photo below:

I used two generic motors already isolated from 12V 40rpm with nominal torque of 6Nm and maximum of 35Nm. My weight is 65 kg and the engines worked and worked very well for me.

As a axis of movement I used a generic connection used in exchange of trucks, easy to find here.

The next photos already give you an idea of how it looks ... Notice that I installed the electronics in an ATX power supply box.

I forgot to mention above that the power supply I used is an ATX 500w for pc and I had no problems with lack of power for the engines.

I advise everyone who wants to build their platform to read the tutorials first, because there is everything you will need ...
Realize that everything was very simple but in the end everything worked !!

Thanks Marcelo one more question, do you know if you can modify the angle of the actuator bars when any game is running in simtool and how to do it. I have asked in the forum but nobody answers.

Hi! I downloaded SMC3 v1.0.zip and did it exactly as in the tutorial .. Before compiling you need to change the code to MODE2 if using H-Bridge 43A IBT-2, did you do that?
