    Hi everybody.First I apologize for my lack of English, I will write the content in my language and then use google translate to convey the content to you guys.
    I come from Vietnam, I would like to introduce you to a small project that I am working on. From the beginning when I saw the video clip of members on the website www.xsimulator.net posted on youtube, I found it very attractive and very lively.
    And I got to work on my little project to see what I could do
    have had small trials and relatively satisfactory results
    then tried to complete my project, however there were some problems but I consulted the posts on the forum and it was solved.
    There are still a few places where the activity is not working properly, I hope to see you and further support.

    1 monster motor shield
    2 motors 775
    However, due to not cooling properly, the monster motor shield has burned

    I changed the model, replaced it with H-Bridges

    Please post pictures of all of your settings, as it looks like the range is too great and the motors are overshooting the limits.

    Just some design related observations for you to consider.

    A lever provides maximum torque when parallel to the seat with the rod at 90 degrees, anything over 38-40 degrees up or down from there is very inefficient use of torque.

    For a relatively compact design torque is more important than speed, and I suspect you lever CTC length is likely too long for what look to be wiper motors, which aren't particularly powerful.

    Think of an example like pushing a door, at 90 degrees to the door you can easily push it with your little finger using little force, but at an acute angle a lot of force is needed for little result.

    In addition the greater the Center To Center distance used on a lever the greater the linear speed, but the less the torque.

    The smaller the distance between the pivot point and the motor placement the greater the torque needed to drive a rig.

    Yes, I suspect the CTC is likely way too big for such small motors with the mass of a full frame rig. Have you tried it under load for an extended period of time yet, that is the real acid test?
