Good day to all. I apologize for my English, I write through a translator. I decided to build a variable servo drive myself. 450mm stroke, 500mm / s speed. In China, good quality, very high cost, 1700 euros. I did a project and did something, see the photo. It is still in this form. Further there will be more photos and comments, followed by production.

Almost all the details are ready. Everything is done exactly, I made at home on CNC. Remained welding work. I think I’ll do it in a couple of days. IMG_20191116_130633.jpg

Hello everyone. My project is nearing completion. There were various technical details. For control I decided to take the controller from "Tanos" AMC-AASD15A. Works great. IMG_20191224_194044.jpg IMG_20191225_201221.jpg

    That's very smooth movement!
    One question:
The green cubic part on the first picture, it slides against the inside wall of the tunnel, how did you manage to reduce the friction?( I see you put several red dot mats on its surface, what are they? they can help?)
    Thanks.

    Hi. Wonderful project.

Could we have more informations ? Size ? Design ? How did you fix pulley to shafts ?

What inner and outer diameters for your shaft ?

    Which bearing ?

    Thanks

Only round plastic inserts rub on the inner wall. They are made of special anti-friction plastic. The gap is 0.05-0.1mm between the plastic and the wall. Now there are new ideas, I will do it differently.
    Thanks

Case 60x60x2mm steel. Pipe steel chrome-molybdenum, diameter 30mm, wall 2mm. Actual stroke of 480mm. The total length of the entire structure is 700mm. SFS1610 ball screw pair. Linear bearing on the pipe LMK30UU (but decided to make a plastic bearing, larger contact area). Speed max. 500mm / sec .Pulley to shaft, tight fit with interference plus screws. I apologize for my English through a translator, I myself only in Russian
    Thanks

Hi. Yes, from scratch. He designed the pedals himself and made them.

Nice work :thumbs. Hopefully it is not as noisy in real life as it sounds on the video :). That whine would drive me crazy.

    wow, that's beautifully made!
I see there is a master cylinder behind the brake padel,
Are you using pressure sensor to measure brake force?
any details on the other end of the brake fluid line?

That's great clearance accuracy, looking forward to seeing your new idea.

By the way I'm trying this kind of graphite inserted plate.
    it's normally used on mould.

It only works on burnished hard steel or cast iron. Mostly friction on ground cast iron.
