    Hi ,
Only for your info , if you want to do your top Rig like me ( thanks @pmvcda ),alu .. 40 mm square is perfect but if you found something like ( 60 x 40 mm) on the top is better for flex ( back and front) ( see pic).

when i first was designing frame, i looked at @pmvcda 's i was trying to understand the diagram, i knew there was truth.
not easy to figure out what ppl did when many pages of post of what you guys did, i go back between your info, sixdegrees and silentchill...
i studied everyone dimensions.. i try to go match you guys, and seeing silentchills videos, i thought i i figured it out.
i am truly grateful for everything that everyone shared.. <3 @wannabeaflyer2

yesterday my racing seat came in.
    i bought a momo start.
didnt meet my expectations for a 400$ chair. lucky from amazon.. going to return.

i think i will try seats at microcenter and buy from there or at least point to direction on a comfortable seat.. this bucket seat thing seems to do just that.. i am in a bucket... lol

    this weeks antics...

rebuilt bottom frame and almost finished painting. utlitmately each side was the length of an actuator at mid point plus the distance between two actuator heim joints... @pmvcda tried to make it simple in the diagram, but i was not sharp enough to catch that important dimension!

went to microcenter to try chairs out. wow. many were super comfy. ended up picking a noble chair. even got a discount because of mispriced store label.

my sample igus came in! but on impatient, chinese poly bearings came in also..
