Very good update Damien. The brake have the load cell?
Today I receive the prosimu scn6 similar to your rig the next few days I installed.

    Hi Giorgio.
You will not be disappointed, once well adjusted, the SCN6 are great.
You have a link on the manufacture of your simulator on this site?
If you have any questions, do not hesitate ... ;-)

Yes the V3 crankset uses a load cell for the brake, it's really great.
My next purchase will be the formula V2 steering wheel (which comes out at the end of February) with a base V2.5 clubsport or a DD1 if my budget allows me ...
it will replace my G29 which allowed me to start in simracing

    French
    Salut Giorgio.

For sharing settings, it will be with pleasure.
Yes the steering wheel Fanatec Formula V2 looks great, I can not wait to get it too ...

    Hi everybody.
I just share the changes made to my simulator.
First of all, as you can see on the 2 photos (img 6200 and img 6202), my G29 gave way to a Fanatec V2.5 base and a Formula V2 wheel.
From my point of view, it's very good material.
In addition, I put you video commented presentation of my simultaneous,
but the comments are in my native language, in French so, here is what I present:
    - First, I show the jacks, then the subwoofer that I fixed under the simultateur, also making an opening in the floor so that the bass come to vibrate the seat.
    - Then I show the VR headset and the headphones.
    - After I talk about my pipe that allows me to drink during full grand prix or endurance races.
Following the pipe, I arrive behind the seat where we see a bottle of water with an object inside.
This is a small aquarium pump, it sends water into my mouth when I activate the black button to the right of the steering wheel (img6202).
    - Going back, I present the base, the steering wheel, my gloves and the seat.
    - To finish, I open the capot, I show the pedals Fanactec V3, the 2 power supplies, and I explain that I will redo the painting in 3 months (in black) and that the ventilator will be replaced by a blowing controlled with Simhub probably at the end of the year.
Most of the equipment is presented in my previous posts.
So much for the translation of comments:

    Thank you Giorgio
I repeins all black and yes I would stick some adhesives ...
Indeed, moving from G29 to Fanatec is an extraordinary gap.
I take like you pallets podium but in September and I would also take the DD2 but only in 1 year or 2, I prefer to wait until everything is perfectly reliable and updated.
The V2 steering wheel is great, you'll have fun, you just have to wait a little longer...

    French
    Merci Giorgio

Hi. I took 3 years to do it but if I had the finances for all the materials from the beginning, I think that in 3 or 4 days everything would have been done

And finally here is the presentation of my room dedicated to simracing after a month of work.
For not French speaking, here is what I explain in the video.
The room is 6.70m ², so I have to add an air conditioner because with PCs, the temperature rises very quickly.
In the video, I first introduce the cinema corner, stating that I would change obviously the TV.
You can see the home cinema and the flycase house (with orange lid) which contains the mixer.
And in the back, the other 2 speakers that I would fix directly to the wall to remove the feet.
Then I mount the simulator side, with the foot I installed for laying my keyboard and mouse, the two screens, the Vive Pro base station and the fan that is now on the shelf, and not on the simu, which greatly reduces the vibrations.
It's always on with a switch next to my steering wheel.
Finally, I explain that would make a small base for the PC so that it is no longer on the ground and therefore sucks less dust.

Our dynamics are more and more realistic...
This is what it gives me in comparison to an IRL driver.
Thanks again to the developers of Simtools.

    Hi
A lot of things have changed on my simu, so I'm posting the video of all the changes here. (video in French but English subtitle generated).
Hardware-wise, no more Fanatec, replaced by a simucube 2 pro, a Cube control F-pro and a Heusinkveld sprint pedalboard.
    I've also switched from VP1 to VP2.
Gone too is the water pump for drinking while racing...
I'm still on 2 SCN6 actuators but I'm thinking more and more of moving to 4 actuators.
I think that will happen in 2024 if I decide to go for it.
All the best, see you soon.
