LOL. Get use to it, because soon you'll be filming yourself on that thing. And since you look like you work late at night, you'll be filming yourself in your pajama...
    Just like me. :)

its come to my attention that one of my actuator v-slot rail is not aligned with the ball screw...
looking at shimming the bearing block...

i dont think the screw is bent because there is no deflection when i rotate it.
checking the v-slot rail, it seems more or less square 90 degrees..

anyone has ideas to align screw parallel to screw besides shiming? perhaps i have a bad bearing block BK12?

from looking at it, i feel it is the bearing block wasnt machine correctly to fit bearings. the base with motors and plates are with in my measurements.

How are you planning on attaching the carbon fiber tube to the ballscrew? I'm having a hard time getting my head around how people are doing that...

im going at snails pace.. but i want to build it right the first time. if i dont have to go back and forth later, ill deal with it now. definitely need patience for DIY.

right now 3 actuators are lined up properly, where as the other 3 are not.. trying to figure out what is the misalignment issue between V-slot and ball screw.
