you should not run Simtools and SMC3utils at the same time.
first configure SMC3utils and close it and then run Simtools alone.

the volts from your measurement don't look good if you have a 12v psu and motors

It's start 45 degree clockwise from center of Pot(surge output 0)
and can't move over in this way (Surge 0,-30 is freeze in start )
at Surge 0 to 30 it move to 45 degree counterclockwise
I use car 12 v batterry for motor drive
    :(

before going into simtools configuration you have to set SMC3utils first. do you have proper movements in SMC3utils. and again my opinion is that you have a faulty MM but provide some clear screenshots with your wiring to see if something is wrong (watched your vid again and i think your pots are wrong but can't see it clear in the video)

May be this problem from resolutions of mini motor or Monster Motor drive is't match with mini motor.

I think that's going to depend on how he measures the voltages, though. Most DVMs integrate a bit to help reject ambient AC so it would be measuring both the voltage and PWM duty cycle at the same time and showing a kind of an average for the output of the H bridges. You'd need a scope or something that can grab peak voltage to see that the output was truly banging to 12 volts during the on period of each pulse.

i think if he adjusts the PWM max to 255 which is the highest value he can put, he probably will get 12v measurements but not sure.

Thank you very much. It’s work. I’m forgot to change it for new windows.
    Today test with 1 motor
Pot has broken 1.I will full test later.
