    I can try contacting them, even if jrks are now 2 years old and bought over ebay.
    Last time I've been offered a small discount on a replacement, but buying from them + shipping costs it would cost me more than buying somewhere else, even with the discount.
    I must fix it!

    The other time I've been offered a 20% discount on a replacement, and it was pretty new, so I'm hardly having a 50% discount two years later.

    I don't know what to say... they're closed inside a box, no movements, no shaking... and it's an hardware problem. Maybe I'm just lucky...

    I made some progress, now it connects to the PC and sees the pot. Tomorrow I'll connect power and motor. Let's see, but I'm not confident: leds blink differently from the other jrk.

    Yeah! I menaged to fix the JRK :thumbs

    Since I was there I made a new box for electronics using and old PC PSU so that I'll be able to switch motors faster as soon as I get my new 60:1 guys

    I'm still unsure if keep the shoulder mount with the new motors or make the rig smaller movin them in front of the seat.

    @Nick Moxley as for the other one, the mini usb connector was loose (I don't know if it's the right English word) and just by moving it a micron, it lost connection and didn't work anymore on the USB port it was connected to.

    Yes, the same problem, mine once lost connection also didn't connect anymore (something like overcharging USB port), I see in your video yours turned green again (the LED)

    Did they replace it? Or you had a refund?

    For mine I was concerned about maintaining strength when the shaft had a 8mm hole in it.

    So I machined an interference fit tube which is quite thick and a step down has been machined at the gearbox end, just after the 8mm securing bolt, to be able to fit into the gearbox opening.

    It is hard to see because of the poor lighting, but here is a picture:

    Love the motor's....Hate the Bolt/Level Idea. :grin

    I would look into Either Pits or Noor's fabricated solution.

    Being a seat mover, there isn't CRAZY high load forces on the motor's...but a solid solution is better than one that will fail in the future.
