    OK ... here is how it came out and how I'm going to use a nut while casting the polyester ...
    By oiling all the internals of the mold " as a release agent " and carefully screw a clean nut to its center holder " ... the oiled silicon will later slip out of the nut and just leave it there ...
    Notice the center guide for the drill bit on the bottom ...

    And when I just wanted to shoot a video ... I hit the wall and the ball screw came out of it's mounting bracket ... :confused: .

    removed these thin brackets ...

    and used a 6mm threaded rod bent to fet with well tightened nuts and washers ...
    this allowed me to use the green cab oiling valve back again ...

    Calibrating the PID again ...

    It seems like we all have to taste the failure of the ordinary 10 turns pot ... me too started to have some erratic spots and decided to move on to the 180 degree hall effect pot ...

    So I think this idea might be good ... a worm gear 10:1 reduction gear ratio setup
