@SeatTime there is nothing wrong with your comment :) In most cases a 6 DOF is the top level of simulation. With my rig I miss the big jumps f. eg while a rally car is flying over big bumps. The advantage of my rig is the 2DOF seat mover which produces very fast and real movements in combination with the slower lateral and longitudinal forces. The same route which I would go again is based on the fact, that without the rail system the rig feels unbelievable dead. An alternative could be to build a 4 DOF on a rail system, too. In any case I would like to see (and ride) your rig live in action for a comparison. :)

Usually beta testers don't publish something about what they're beta testing, also cause it's not fair compared to those who can't beta test it.
BTW, nice video. What wheel are you using?

Hey guys today I decided if I want to go the VR route or to spend some "more" money on my rig. The result of my brainless action: I bought a DD, a complete Drive Wheel Kit with the large 130ST-M15015 MiGE and all other staff needed to get this baby shaking for low in price.
NTL I will be the first in the world who will review a T500RS PLUS (because there is only one wheel in the world :grin) in comparison with the OSW DD , and I promise you guys seriously I will stay as objective as I can. Even if the DD does not make itself stand out I will report it.

BTW if someone is interested to buy (later this spring) the unique T500RS PLUS including the F1 addon please ask.

You bought a Kit ? from who Couldn't wait for SimuCube eh ? I went with a Small 20 mig, OC'ing it can be driven up to 29-30nm, So I didn't see the point in the Big Mige with all its extra inertia, which ive been told is somewhat noticeable after some time with the wheels.

what PSU did you get ? and im going to assume its an Ioni build ?

T500 plus ? details if you care to share ?

SimuCube is "only" a consumer build like an "all in one solution". The big MIGE was not really more expensive so I decided to buy it. I got a 600W PSU and it is an Ioni build. The T500RS PLUS specs you will find here: http://www.xsimulator.net/community...tor-upgrade-65w-to-85w-success-01-23-16.7797/

Curious What canned effects are you running in AC ? I highly suggest turning them all to Zero. Its doing thing's that aren't there in real life.

:) let me say you are right there but IMO this is a debate of principles as well ;) Some drivers are claiming that the canned effects are reflecting more IRL driving other don't. IMO there is some lack of feedback from the track in AC without a small percentage of the additional effects.

    F. eg. when I am on track IRL with my car (Megane 3 RS) there are different forces which I could not reproduce yet in the game. When I accelerate the FWs are spinning and it is very hard to hold the steering wheel stable all the more if there are wheel ruts. The driving direction of the car is hardly to control while spitting high forces into the steering wheel which and can be pretty dangerous if you loose control over your car. Using canned effects the FFB in AC seems to be more real in this case. NTL at the moment I go without theses effects with most cars in AC.

Now I see, I've been looking for any infos about the plus but didn't find anything.
Looking forward to your review .

Any idea about its price? With and without addon

hahaha. Loved the thumbs up in the Video. Got to admit, the filming angle confused the hell out of me, I could see you seat AND roof moving... then after a few minutes I noticed it was your traction control! :D

The heave at 6:18 looks excellent. Is that with the plate design still?? @Pit

:) :) TL is off, you have seen the roof moving because the camera has been sticked on the rig while the tables are moving (left/right - front/backward) ...
What do you mean by "plate design"?
