Seatmover SNC Sim *work in progress* (german)

    Hallo

    Inspiriert von der XSimulator Community habe ich mich entschlossen einen MotionSim zu bauen.

    Meine eigenen Vorgaben sind:

    - Möglichst einfach, auf das Wesentliche fokusiert
    - Lenkrad und Pedale verstellbar
    - Herstellung möglichst mit eigenen Mitteln (KnowHow + Werkzeuge usw. )

    Angeschafte Hardware zum Bau des Sims:

    - Aluprofile mit Zubehör
    - Autositz
    - MDF Platten
    - Gelenkwelle
    - Glasfaserplatte
    - Stahlplatte ( 16mm + 6mm )
    - Schrauben und Kleinmaterial
    - SCN5 Adapter von Simexpreience ( kein guter Service !!! )

    Elektrik und PC:

    - 2x SCN5 Motoren
    - USB zu RS485 (Dank an Seppel für den Link)
    - 24V Meanwell Netzteil (Dank an Seppel für den Link)
    - PC mit Windows 8.1
    - Samsung LED TV 40" ( wird evtl. noch durch einen 46"ersetzt )
    - Yamaha Soundbar
    - Thrustmaster T500 RS mit Shifter
    - Diverse Kabel ( USB Verlängerung, HDMI, FlexKabel usw. )

    Der MotinSim ist nun fast fertig. Leider bringe ich die SCN5 nicht zum laufen.

    DC motor, Arduino, 6DOF
    Klasse, super Arbeit! Habe mir auch erst überlegt mit Aluprofile zu arbeiten, du hast mit dem Minimum das Maximum erreicht - auch designmässig sieht alles ganz toll aus. Bestimmt bekommst du die SNC5 auch noch zum Laufen.

    @eaorobbie, thanks! the ressistors are arrived. tomorrow i hope i get the scn5 to work....

    @Pit, Danke! Habe heute noch einen bessere Halteplatte für das Steuerrad gefräst. Sobald die Aktuoren laufen, wird dann noch alles noch sauber verkabelt!

    Jetzt fehlt noch die Halterung für den Buttkicker Gamer 2 + eine Handbremse von Fanatec ist auch geplant.
