Recently got a Dof Reality M2 and feel like it could be running a bit smoother, below is a sine test and my current settings, any information anyone can provide would be much appreciated, very new to this.

It is always helpful to know how you came to the particular settings you are using?

That aside, looking at your setup it would seem your settings slightly lag and then slightly overshoot the desired target.

All tweaking is specific to the hardware and settings being used. While not specific to this control scenario here is a gentle intro to PID tuning, which includes links to more specific hardcore concepts, depending on how far your want to dive down the PID tuning rabbit hole: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/a-laymans-analogy-guide-to-pids-pid-tuning.219/

Hopefully others who own a DOFreality rig, including @Radioproffi, can chime in with more explicit suggestions and settings specifically for the rig.

need to decrease Kp value, 400 is to high for motors in mover

    120-160 will be better
    and use 20kHz pwmfreq
