In case you already have the old version (WRC4) installed, follow this procedure:
Unpatch the game
Delete the WRC4_plugin.dll from C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\SimTools\GamePlugins
Install the new WRC_plugin.zip via drag'n'drop and the SimTools_PluginUpdater.exe.
Patch the game.
