    Thanks guys!

    @RacingMat , yes its my design, 1st version. Fortunatly for me they are comfortable enough, but I'm going to change design a little bit for more tuning options :)

    @Nick Moxley , no QR yet. I have only one rim, so no need for QR (at least for now ))

    Thank you for sharing these drawings.
    What kind of magnets have you used?
    I guess you have just glue them to the top part?

    @prodigy
    yes, I glue them to the top part. In fact, there are 3 pieces of magnets - 2 of them glued to the top and one is between those 2 and a bolt. Its hard to take good picture but I tried

    IMG_20170118_205552.jpg

    Last time I used neodim magnets, 2 on top - 15x15x5 with 5.31 kg force and 1 in between - 15x8x5 with 3.41 kg force.
    They are bigger than in OP

    IMG_20161217_202749.jpg

    I know 3 pieces of magnets is not so optimal design and may be in next version I switch to standart 2 pieces

    Its my own design (not very optimal) if you mean this.
    I believe Martin's and probably every other shifters use two magnets - one on the top and second on a paddle itself, so magnets interacts with each other. In my version magnet interact with bolt on a paddle.
