If we told you to choose between DOF H3 or Yaw 3, which one you will pick?

For fixed wing flight simulation? None of them. The H3 and the Yaw3 both have roll, pitch and yaw motion. This might be good for helicopter simulation as you want to feel the response from the anti-torque pedals when hovering. Fixed wing aircraft on the other hand move only very slowly in the yaw axis. So I would say heave is more important. It provides a really immersive feeling during takeoff and landing.

So I'd look for something like the D-Mover (ad at top right). I've never tested one so I can't recommend it but to me it looks better suited from the technical point of view.
