What we need is a Force Sender that runs on the X-Box. I started working on this. It's possible, but to do it properly, someone in the community will need cooperation from Microsoft. This is because the X-Box will only run applications that are signed by Microsoft.

This SDK is very limited, and I think that it is a dead project. The website for it is no longer available. l will search for other SDK's.

Microsoft's API does not allow P/Invoke calls, which means that they have blocked access to the Windows API. We are then limited to the functionality that they expose to us in their API. They do allow the execution of unsafe code, but it remains to be seen if we will be able to extract the in-game variables in a legal fashion using their API.

The only solution that is legal for sure would be to build an X-Box version of the Sender without any plugins and promote this to the game manufactures, who can legally create the plugins to the X-Box Sender.

I think it will be hard to obtain information from Microsoft but not impossible!
