I am a reasonable programmer of C# and C++, who want to write plugin for different software, specially games
where from should I start learning??
I mean is there any tutorial series available or any conceptual video for the main idea of writing a plugin for any game?

In starting out have you gone through what is already in the FAQs, keeping in mind that making a plugin is a lot of work and can also require developing some expertise with Cheat Engine, depending on the game: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/how-to-write-a-plugin-for-simtools-api-documentation.131/
