I want to do something like https://github.com/SimFeedback/SimFeedback-AC-Servo/wiki but these ac servo motors require 3d printing a lot of parts and building the entire actuator yourself. I just want to spend a bit extra and buy actuators with similar specs already built. I don't mind doing some wiring etc if I have to. The commercial options are there don't seem to compare to the specs of these, and if they do they are outrageously priced.

If high performance actuators were available commercially for a 'reasonable' price, no one would bother with DIY....

Would these actuators be suitable for a stewart platform setup? Or just something 4dof like this?
