    Hi Guys,

I'm sure it's been covered a number of times but I'm struggling to patch some of my sims.

Some sims automatically patch (Assetto Corsa, iRacing for example) however other sims require I define the location of the software.

All my software is running through Steam so I know the location is ....Steam/Steam Apps/Common/(game name)/????

I can't seem to find the actual file location for each sim. I presumed its a .exe file but I couldnt locate the actual file the patch should attach to.

I know its going to be different dependant on how each person sets up their machine but a general idea of the path for the patch for Automobilista, Dirt Rally and RFactor 2 within the Steam environment would be a great help.

    Thanks in advance

    Andy

Thanks noorbeast. Could you give me an example for, lets say, Automobilista?

I can get through steam but dont know where to within the Automobilista directory to link the install patch. Tried it to .../Steam/Steam Apps/Common/Automobilista but that didnt work.

    Same problem with RFactor 2.
