They would likely work OK for traditional and compact 2DOF rigs.

I am using exactly the wheelchair motors shown in the first photo for my 2DOF simulator, and they work just great. I can fully recommend them.

The motors work pretty good, you can make the sim faster/slower by adjusting the lever lengths

Is it the same effect on the playing racing games with sim based with wheelchair motors and others DC motors more expensive? How u think? because u can buy wheelchair motors for. 100+ pounds. The other is double priced for example.

The motors look good and are for sure strong enough. The rear part with the little lever is the brake. I removed these brakes from my motors. Did not need them, and in this way they become a bit shorter.

I am using an Arduino Uno and a Sabertooth 2x32. Not so cheap, but very reliable and easy to setup with the SMC3 sketch & utility that you find in this forum,

I am using two 12V power supplies (IBM 1300W System x3950 - 24R2715) and connected them in series for getting 24V. Before I ground-isolated one of them.
