Question What am I doing wrong?

Hey guys it is the first time that I write in this comunity.
I am trying to build a 3 DOF motion sim rig. Mecanical is no problem.
I have the cabeling plan from this Forum and bought the arduino finaly as TM . The 3 Motorcontroller are IBT 2 versions.
My 1. try : wiring all the cabels into my "junktion boX" it looks all fine but didn´t work.
2. try dismantle everything and try it with only one connected IBT2. Surprise surprise I found a way that this Motor works with the SMC Utiliy, but I dont know why! I could not replicate the situation.
Any way I wired up the Junktion box again with all 3 M-controller, doublecheck the wiring a thousand time but it still is not working.
So I decided to make sample. 1 New arduino with one new IBT2 wired up. No function.
I struggle to make this run one time!

I am using this drawing and MODE2 is changed, thats why one time the Motor was moving and I could adjust the parameter to well working Actuator.

I build in the 3 IBT2 controller in the Box with the arduino and want to do the same config procedure with the other 2 IBT2 and motors. But that doesent work. Then I tryed it again with a new arduino and IBT2 for just 1 Motor preliminary wired outside the junction box. Also without function

Is there anyting I need to observe? Like the sequence to load up the program to the arduino? Preparing the arduino?

The First Arduino was a (Funduino) then I bought the original. Until now I bought 2 original Arduinos one clone and 12 IBT2 Motor controller from different supplyers

How can I check the IBT2

Yes the arduino was showing the leds and there was no sign that it wasnt proper installed.
I am currently in Dubai until next week (WORK) I will check the IBT2 according your advice afterward!

Hello Guys, after some turbolent day´s I find the time to check the IBT 2 Bridge Controller with a 2nd Arduino.
At u tube I have seen a short sketch witch I copied and run this sketch with a very new IBT2 and it worked.
So I run the "3 build in IBT2" with this short sketch an what should I tell you, they are all done.
So my goal is to test the new one first and if they are runing they are approved to join .
Dont get me wrong the 3 installed in IBT2 Controller where not used. So make shure if you buy from some where in China, before you finaly install those IBT´s if they are running.
