actually i was referring to the voltage.
According to the site, it has to be EXACT 24v.

Otherwise , if you have ordered from them, did you send an email?
If you did order from them, what postage - freight did you use?
They have a tracking system on the shipping

Ok from what im reading your needing 24v driver,
Sabertooth is about the best i could offer for a driver to run 24v reliable.
They even now possess their own driver that I have done some basic testing with.
Check out their site, they run up to 50amp but no cheap, and no there is an alternative to using the k8055 instead.

To me take a look what they offer. I know the driver is working with RC commands , and I already can do that in the new software beta that is being tested only here.

Ah the little secret, take a look at the Kangaroo at Dimesion Engineering, $25 bucks and for a short time they are giving out the usb adaptor for it so it become a usb compatable driver, I will also run with encoders if you dont like pots, Read the pdf on the their site, I cant test any further until my sabertooth turns up. But have full intesions of building a demo setup with motors to show how the device can be setup and use.
Sim software is not really needed yet in your case mate need to have a motor controller setup and ready to use then you can move forwards and drive it with the new software, hope by the time your ready software thats being worked on here will be ready for a public release.
By the way you can drive sabertooth with the k8055 in xsim already, just xsim is a pain in the rear to use as its not real user friendly, never has been.
