Hi all, i'm very fond of the motion and vr racing but as you might know, putting the oculus sensor (would be the same issue with vive) on the wall instead of on the motion platform itself, results in movement within in the virtual car. To put it simply, turning right, rig dives to the left, result ingame steering wheel is couple of inches right to where the fysical wheel is.
I know there are intelligent but complex solutions for this, using the oculus touch controller etc, but I thought maybe we could use the gforce effects ( SETTINGS Tab: VIEW ) from Assetto Corsa to cancel out some of this movement-discrepancies.
Only thing is, the onboard view .ini (my documents) doesn't accept negative values.
Am I onto something or is it a dead end?
