There is insufficient information concerning the hardware you are using and all settings, for SimTools and computer language settings: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/simtools-language-setting-bug-change-to-english-local.233/

Your DIR settings in Axis allocations certainly look odd for a 2DOF, a motor may be reversed but this is what SimTools expects: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/which-way-to-set-simtool-axis-movements.230/

You need to have fully removed 1.3 before installing SimTools 2 and redo all motion profiles: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

That does not really help. You likely have not properly deleted 1.3 before installing SimTools 2, or have a settings or hardware issue, but there is not enough information to tell which.

Can you please post some pictures of your rig so we can tell what the mechanics being used are.

Please tell us what hardware is being used and what code is used for controlling it.

Please confirm if your system language is set to English local or not.

Please post pictures of all settings for hardware and SimTools.

When uninstalling 1.3 did you agree to uninstall all files or not?

As noted your Dir settings are either wrong for a standard 2DOF or a motor is reversed, which is it?

You need to understand @kof3000ya that the majority of members on this site already use Simtools V2.1 without an issue. So it is likely a problem with your setup.
