    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF, DC motor, Arduino, 6DOF
    Hi,
Now I'm working on a 3DOF simulator. The three motors I use are 24V,800W. At first, it looked fine but when I tried to run them at high speed, the starting current were too high and broke my drive. The rated current of the drive is 43A and I can't find a more proper one.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Or should I swtich to a lower power motor?

Sounds like an IBT_2. They are only good for about 1/2 their rated current due to bad design for cooling. Before changing motors or going the proven sabertooth route though you can try limiting the max voltage and thus the current also to see if that helps.
