Is your rig running and then shutting down, or not initialising from the get go?

Can you please post pictures of any warning messages.

i have the Prosimu 5M and had the same error message. In my case the interface port numbers where randomly assigned to the PRS200 and the SCN6. When i switched on my PC one moment the PRS200 got the port number of the SCN6 and sometimes the other way around after a power reset.
I think this happened because which one was switched on the first got assigned the lowest port number of the two.
You can change/check the comport number in Simtools under Game Engine, or what i did was swap the usb cabels on my PC.

Since i now power on my PRS200 and SCN6 in the same order i don't have this issue anymore.

I know you don't have the PRS200 but you might want to check your port numbers.
    Hope this helps.

Generaly, it's because simtools try to communicate with SCN6 without sucess : verify the power supply or the COM port number or if you have put 24V on the power supply.

    Thanks
