3DOF, AC motor, Arduino, Motion platform
    Hello folks,
I've been watching these forum here for about two months now.
IS there a sticky or a list of various manufacturers of the parts used in all these builds? - such as, rods / links / u-joints / ac - dc motors with gear drives.
I'm going to build a platform such as the CKAS, only modified for my purposes. The square steel tubing for the build is no problem for me to access.
I have looked at so many motor configurations / ball joints / u-joints / well, just too many for my ol' mind to wrap around.
I guess I'm looking for a list of Here for motors, Here for such & such.
I just want to do it right the first time - but I'm one of these guys that likes to have all of his ducks in a row before beginning.

Any help would be most appreciated.
    Have a blessed day.
