Hi Guys, ive used v1.3 for about 4 months now and I'm started to notice a issue. I found out about you guys after I purchased my Pro-Simu 5dof. before that I entered the motion world with a pagnian v2 motion platform.

My issue is this, after about 15 mins of use, I notice the rear left actuator stops working, the gear shift jolts are softer and overall effects are lessoned. I got pretty worried, but did what everyone would've done, turned the power off and back on then reinitialized the software. after this everything works well again for about 15 mins and I get the same.

any help would be appreciated. attached is a pic of my machine and the simtools settings.

also ive been holding off on v2.0 should I just bite the bullet and do it?

First, set YAW in game manger back to 0.
Since the game does 360deg (max) you can't use it.

Also, do you use any axis limiting?
You may try it at 90% and see if the 10% buffer fixes the problem buddy.
let us know how it goes,

I consider 2.0 is worth the move, both for the additional responsiveness and the companion apps that are to roll out.

It could be a hardware issue, you could swap actuator positions to see if that is so.

I do think some profile refinement may help.

Your overall axis allocation totals are high and you have not included Tuning Center values. Likely you could use less axis allocation and refine the Tuning Center values, rather than trying to compensate with Game Manager tweaks. The latter should be for specific cars/tracks once you have nailed the base profile: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

    Thanks and ok will do.

My axis limiting is already at 90 percent. I might swap actuators like noorbeast suggests.

Yes, its a very good idea.
See if the problem follow with the actuator.
I would also make sure that the sim is well balanced while swapping the motors around.
