Not sure what exactly you're looking for other than the yaw value provided by most of the plugins.

well, the yaw now is oriented by north east south and west but i need it only by movement. is there somewhere a function to get only the pure movement?

Hmmm… I struggle to see another way at looking at the yaw position other than NSEW.
What you might want is the yaw speed? Or maybe the difference between the travel direction and the orientation of the car?
For yaw speed, there is only a few plugins that provide this – mainly flight sim plugins (e.g. Elite Dangerous). For the difference between the travel direction and the car orientation you can try extra1

You are looking for angular speed. Maybe it would work by taking YAW and applying a smoothing filter -> YAWf. After that we would subtract unfiltered YAW and get angular speed.
    YAWf - YAW = YAWspeed
