    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF, SCN5, SCN6
I have used Simtools for months now without any problems. I did not change a little thing in my setup. A few days ago after a restart, the 3rd actuator (a traction loss actuator on a 3DOF) is not reset to zero correctly after startup calibration. But: this only happens after I start the Game Engine for the first time after a windows start. When I exit the Game Engine and restart it, the sequence runs again and now all actuators are back to their correct positions. This is reproducible and happens every single time.
Can someone point me to a possible reason for this?

Loose connection in the hardware somewhere would be my guess.
    Take care,
