Question Simtools license activation error

    Hello everyone ,

    I just purchased SimTools Pro license yesterday, Today I opened registration manager, entered email and serial number, clicked activate and had a message that activation successfully done

    Now when I try to open game manager/engine it shows a message that there's a problem with my saved license and I have to register to solve this problem !

    I feel afraid to press license activate in registration manager again and it would be counted as second registration uselessly !

    What should I do?

    You can re-register from the same PC again and again with out it counting as another activation.
    (unless you change out hardware etc..)

    So you will be find to try it again.

    I tried to register again .. uninstalled simtools and installed it agian

    no luck :( still the same message

    Turned out to be a internet connectivity problem.
    SimTools activated fine from another internet service.

    Hello,
    I can't register my simtools.
    I upgraded my pc for better performance, but every time I try to validate my simtools, the following error message is displayed: "No activation remaining on this is license. If you need assistence, please contact support"

    Can someone help me? I took a new pc and installed simtools but the license does not allow me to activate it. on the old pc I photographed the ssd where simtools was installed but in the new one I can't activate the license please help me

    SimTools has a limited number of reinstall. Please post a picture of whatever message SimTools gives.

    A clean install of SimTools may also be advisable.
