Question simtools it does not work

I just finished building my wind simulator and a few hours ago I bought the sim pro license of sim tools and 1 year package plug-ins, but sim tools is giving me big problems,i'm really frustrated.
I 've downloaded version 2.1 and installed it, but I can not do anything,
Game-manager struggles to get started, the blue hoop remains in infinity and windows stops working and every time I have to restart the pc.
After several attempts, the game manager starts, but the same unsuccessful loading problem unfolds when I try to start game dash 2.0,blue circles loading that does not stop and windows seems to go crazy.

Someone can help me, please, do not understand what it can be, I have win 10 and everything works perfectly but sim tools do not really want to know how to work.

Now I have unplugged all the peripherals and it seems that simtools can start but Just that without peripherals I can not drive the cars.

works perfect for me too... w10 creator, nvidia drivers. Test on a CLEAN version of windows.. format your pc, install AIO RUNTIMES, then simtools, make a test. by he way, post your ENTIRE rig... wheels, model, etc.

Consider that I do not use sim tools for motion, but only to pilot the wind simulator whit arduino and monster moto.
After moving some usb devices I managed to run sim tools but I can not get it running, it's definitely my fault, but I've also read the manual but I can not do the solution.

Now I downloaded simtools version 2.0 (not 2.1) and gamedash 2.0
In the installation phase of simtools I did not install the game engine because I did not use the motion for which I thought I did not need it.


At the moment they are doing so:
1- I downloaded the AC plug-in and loaded it with simtools pluginupdater
2-I started game manager as administrator and select Assetto corsa, open dash and click on enable dash output

3-open the gamedash 2.0 and his interface setting, on the first interface i have setting the serial output (comport of arduino ecc ecc) and click save
4- open the gamedash,select the game and then in the Interface Output i have put "S<Dash1>" and click save


5- next open the pencil to Dash1 and on the command editor i have write this sequence and check save:


6-At this point I start steam and running Assetto Corsa but the game manager remains not connected, nothing is happening.


Of course I'm forgetting something,but I do not know what else to do.
I think maybe i should give simtools the path to make him AC in my pc, but i do not understand how to do this.

May be that I have to install game engine, even if I do not use motion with sim tools?

Not sure what the deal is.

Just came back, installed everything, including game-engine, moved arduino from usb 3.0 to usb 2.0 and everything seems to work at last. Thanks to everyone for the advice
