Question Simtools download

    Hi guys,

    Been browsing this site for a while and finally decided to take the plunge and start my own build. JRK's and motors already ordered. Will commence building the frame soon. Ive purchased the download package and have managed to download a few plugins but I am not able to download Simtools. It downloads around 18% then stops. Ive retried numerous times, with and without a download manager but without success. Anyone know what can be up with that?

    Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask

    @alan What browser are you using? Have you tried to use another one, chrome/firefox/IE? Do not use a download manager, the multiple parallel connections could cause a break of the download. If you have used a download manager before try to get another IP address and restart your router. If this does not help disable your antivirus software for the time of the download.

    Hi, thx for reply. Ive tried all that now. Lastly tried Chrome. Download starts and most ive received out of the the 5mb file is around 1mb then i get a error "FAILED-Network error" Ive tried this 12 times now with same result. Never experienced this before. I dont know what to do now. It seems its getting to the same point in the download as before, around 18% and then bombs out
