I'm thinking of running 8 wire ethernet out of the control box to the potentiometers. I'd split them out on the rig and run a cable to each of the potentiometers. This will keep the connection at the box to one instead of 3 by using 5 of the 8 wires coming out of the control box and slitting off, one for each potentiometer. So my questions......

    1. Can run the 5v and signal wire in the 1 cable coming out of the box. Or will I have a distorted signal problem from the 5v EMF to the signal wire.
    2. Would the twisted pair mitigate EMF.
    3. Would shielded make it acceptable to do.

    Thanks

Hi. This is a very technical question. Unfortunately, I can't answer it, but I can only advise you on this type of thing that eliminates interference by installing it on your cables.
