Question Setting Origin problem on servo motor

    Hey guys, I have a DIY motion simulator that I built, it works fine but recently I realised that one of the servo motors is getting hotter than the other 3 and that the values when I return the axis to origin is not the same. I have attached some photos to show what I mean.

    I understand my rig has a slight offset from zero at 074-079 but from the picture you can see that there is one servo that is extended way more than the other 3 at 192. This causes the motor to heat up quite a bit as it is under strain.

    This simulator runs on a PLC and the servo controllers are Delta ASDA-B2 servo motors I am using are delta motors model: ECMA-C1604RS.
    I am not the programmer of the PLC so have zero knowledge on how to go into there to change values, Does anyone know how I can manually offset that particular servo motor to a similar value to the other 3 from just the servo controller itself? I have looked through the manual provided by delta and I am genuinely quite confused as I do not specialise in servo or robotics for that matter.

    I have been trying to find answers online for quite a while but to no avail.

    You would be much better off changing your zero at the shaft coupler than the servos.
