I would like to know how much DIY motion simulators sell for(new). Nothing too fancy. Just a simple 2 DOF seat mover(no PC, wheels, pedals etc). I need a way to fund my hobby or it will soon be cut short and have no idea about the mark-up to apply to my original cost price. Thanks to anyone who can give me aome advice and ideas.

theres a few people whom do that.
Simexperience have a stage 1 kit for nearly $2400 US. Thats frame, actuators, power supply, nothing else.
As for costing your own to sell, depends on what you can get for it.
