    My Motion Simulator:
    6DOF
    Hello everybody,
I have a big project in mind for a 2dof motion simulator but it involve some innovations.
I need help on these innovations.
The project is to make a 2DOF based on this but much bigger.[IMG]
I'm planning to use a structure like konterror with light aluminum structure.

I would like to use this design and replace the truck whipper with linear actuator.
I've already read and seen the design for linear actuator by Roland van Roy and Ian Hopper.
Do you think that i can use a model like this instead: ?

Does this kind of actuactor already have been use for a motion simulator?

Here is what I was planning:
    Motor: HERE
Ball screw: HERE the 650mm one
    Linear bearing: HERE
Wood block to hold the top, bottom, moving part.

I'd like to make one simpler. HERE Just to give you an idea because I don't know how to use solidwork or sketchup.

I'm ready to read any suggestion, question, comment, observation. And more than everything: advice.
    So fire guys!!

    Cyril
