    Hi,

i have a similar damage to one of my actuators. The screw was overtwisted due too much payload and now the thread is distorted. Fortunately my screw is not bent as yours, so i can fix it with special glue i think.

Maybe you can order spare parts at directly atz dyadic or ask bvillersjr, if he can help, as he is a dealer of the scn actuators.

My plan has been to repair any damaged actuators and offer them to the X-Sim community at a discounted price once I had a few of them but in the last year I have only seen one defective actuator. It would make more sense for me to repair and sell the entire actuator than to sell a small part of it because I myslef cannot buy individual parts, only complete actuators.

Good to know, that Mirai is offering some spare parts! :)
    12$ is a fair price!

I wonder why only front flange and shaft tip are offered.
The expendable parts of the ball screw would be interested as well.
