What kind of rpm is enough for the simulator?
I found a 30rpm motor in Ebay but it seems a bit slow?

What kind of simulator? How much movement? What is the weight you are trying to move?

And I could ask more. There are way to many unknown variables in your question.

A 2dof wiper motor sim, like the one Tommy has from Finland. I guess about 85-90kg will be enough or I will go on a diet!
What i've seen a wiper motor sim only moves 1/4 rev or a maximum of a half rev?

No, they are too slow... Find one that is around 50 - 60 rpm and doesn't look like that!! The motor on the photo is free wheeling that means that the motor driver will be always under load... instead on the classic wiper motors the motor driver is under load only when it has to move the simulator around!!

What makes you think the wheelchair motor draws too much current? If you have the logic level mosfets and the bridge is cooled properly, it should be fine for at least 30A continuous... But you also have to have the supply for it too...

Hi Pepsi thats the site i was looking for big thanks for that :) will have a look see if they still do the motors . Hi Frakk i may be wrong or just too scared to damage the H bridge ( it took me a while to find and get ride of the faults i created when assembling the Pcb :-( ) you have highlighted something i missed though , i will have to check if i have the original mosfets that were shown in the 1st parts list ( i made this well over a year ago ) to ensure i have the best ones fitted ( the new logic level version ) . Really like to say thanks again guys for the help :)
