    Hey guys,
I am having a hard time setting up my Oculus touch to work (Externally) with my motion sim.
I.e. How are you guys setting up your rift sensors to work both with your motion sim and also other games that utilize room scale?
I have the 2 sensors currently, maybe go three?
    Thanks for your help!

While you can do experimental roomscale with 2 diagonally opposed cameras 3 cameras are much better for robust roomscale.

Keep in mind not all usb3 ports and cables play nice with the Rift.

    Thanks,
I am not having any troubles with the two sensors at all, just looking for suggestions on sensor placement that will allow my motion sim and room scale without moving sensors around.

2 forward facing cameras are the most robust tracking placement, but that is not proper roomscale as Touch occludes if you turn around.

Experimental 2 camera tracking is diagonal, though in a relatively small tracked are when compared to the Vive.

Oculus setup complains about experimental camera placement but it will continue.

Try and have the cameras up high and angled down so you can touch the floor without the controllers be occluded. You can paint the Guardian boundaries to suit your play space and exclude where your sim is within the tracked space.

When using your sim press the Oculus menu button and you can turn off guardian in the menu to the left, but have it on for roomscale.

    Rgr thanks!
I also have a vive, but want to mess around with a couple oculus titles in room scale as well.
What "oculus Menu" button are you talking about?

The right Touch controller has a menu button with the Oculus Icon, it takes you to the config screen, and Guardian management is the second icon from the bottom on the left of the config screen.
