recommended metal guage for motion cockpit

    I plan to build a motion cockpit using tube steel. It will be the chair, pedals, wheel, joystick, throttle, all connected and in motion. Monitors will not be attached. Something like this pic



    Can anyone recommend a size of tubing and guage that would be structurally sound for this kind of rig. I weigh about 200 pounds. It will be 2dof plus traction loss. Thanks

    30mm mild steel square box. 2mm wall thickness for base , 25mm mild steel square box , 1.6mm wall thickness for rest.
    From what I have read , best mount motors connectors at shoulders at rear.
    Or "foot motor mount" , like @Archie . I cannot remember where his build thread is......
