    Guys, new here.

    1. How immersive is it?
1-1. How satisfactory is it if you compare it to other upgrades? (e.g. pedals from CSL to CSP, G27 to G29...)

    2. How much power should it draw over 100 hours of use?

    3. Can a rig built with 'aluminum extrusion profile' stand the force?
    THIS

Planning for 2DOF with wiper motors. Thanks in advance.

    1. Adding motion is a huge step up from a static rig with just a wheel, even more so if you include VR, as motion and VR compliment each other and combined are incredibly immersive.

    2. Depends on what motors you end up choosing and what they draw: http://www.electricity-usage.com/Electricity-Usage-Calculator.aspx

    3. Yes you can build a aluminum profile framed rig, there is even an easy to use design tool: http://www.may-cad.org/en/p1.htm

But first up decide on a design. Doing some research and planning is time well spent, and the community here can help you out as you formulate your ideas about what you want to build and even where you can source parts from.

Have a look at existing member builds, that may help you refine your own project: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/forums/diy-motion-simulator-projects.22/

Including SimCalc, which will help you get your head around the trade offs in design and physics: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...e-linear-speed-and-forces-of-your-design.270/

We have a glossary for all those acronyms we tend to use, which will help you decipher some descriptions: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/glossary-of-acronyms-and-names.66/
