News possible replacement for MM controllers

    HI guys during my research into Linear actuators I came across these Controllers Sold by Technnobats UK http://www.technobotsonline.com/cytron-30a-5-30v-dc-motor-driver-md30c.html they have other more Powerful options option's and wondered if you guys had any experience with these or if they fall into the been there seen that done that category . They seem to have the specs but I may have missed a vital bit of info , have a look see when you get a chance as I'd be interested in what you guys think of the specs

    That looks pretty damn good to me @wannabeaflyer2 . Just a little pricey, im going to search see if there are any cheap chinese clones :D

    Although £26 isnt all that bad really and if you need no heatsinks or fans thats an added bonus.

    Cheers for feedback guys , still need to nit pick the specs to be sure , but I was going on the premise that if they prove to be more reliable than the MM's then the front end price hit may be worth it, early days yet ,

    Good news for us during my net wanderings is that more and more manufactures are making stuff that falls within decent bang for bucks range for our application ,,, now only if there were more ( er Make that Cheaper Linear actuator options LOL ) ...
    Hell I've waited this long , so if my blatant copy of @speedtime actuator works ( well sorta ) then maybe there is hope after all, To Be honest, im just standing on the shoulder of Giants that post stuff here, with my attempts.

    So Early days for this dreamer but hell that's where the buzz comes from .. Tinkerers Rule LOL :)
