    Yes it's normal.
    It depends on the worm gear, usually at more rection ratio, more resistance.

    thank you for answer, but if is moving like this by hand hapend this

    i have balaced sim but without me is like on the viedo without me its more heavy wheel and pedals and if i on the sim and going with car straight ahead is like on the video any idea?

    If the motor is only back-driven when it is not under power, it has a low holding torque, which is not too critical.

    If this also happens when power is on, the torque is probably too low for your current rig setup.
    In this case you either need stronger motors or change your rig, for example by reducing the lever length. And as a side note: the balancing needs to be done with you sitting in the seat.

    I've never used it by myself, but the tool SimCalc may help you with the needed calculations.
