I have noticed that when I patch some games, (No Limits 2, Elite Dangerous) the Game Manager box displays "No Path Required". Is this as it should be, or have I missed some info?
Co-incidentally, I am getting no telemetry from No Limits 2, which is run from Steam. LFS runs fine.

If a plugin does not require a path specified, this info will be displayed. (Did you realize, that you didn't have to specify a path?)
Have you added the --telemetry in Steam as a Startup parameter?

Hi @value1, I wasn't aware that I didn't have to specify a path for some games. I have added the "--telemetry" parameter in the Steam game startup. There is the blue "game running" shown, but no data
in the Tuning Centre. I had no problem with this game with v1.3 Simtools.

    hi guys
I'm having trouble patching rfactor 2. it used to work ok but I think ive formatted the pc without removing the patch which I think your supposed to do. now whatever file I chose to put the patch in it I gives me an error saying that the file is not right for patching. the only other game I have is raceroom and the update has stopped the patch from working. so now ive got no games for my very expensive sim. any help from u guys would be much appreciated.

You can manually remove a patch: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/manually-removing-a-game-patch.208/

And I suspect you would but just to be certain make sure you are using the correct SimTools 2 plugin, as old 1.3 plugins will not work.
