Afer a fresh install of Simtool 2, the Fans of my windsimulator are not spinning in Pcars 2

The strange thing is that simdash is receiving data from the game, so it looks like the plug-in and gamedash installation are ok.

Both the in and out values are displayed correctly in when playing Pcars2, but no spinning fans

    - I have used the save speed calculation settings at dash1 as i did in Assetto Corsa (even used a copy / paste to be sure)
-Without changing anything Iracing, Assetto Corsa and Dirt Rally the fans are working fine.
-The interface settings are set correct and saved.
-A hard reset of the arduino has no effect and a direct switch from Pcars2 to any other sim results in spinning fans again.
    -Dashoutput is enabled in gamemanager
-Pcars2 is patched and set to "pcars2'' shared memory

Below a comparison between the working Assetto Corsa and the not working Pcars2

So i m not entirely sure if this is a
    - plugin bug
    - gamedash bug
    - some other bug
    -some other setting i overlooked

I have diagnosed the problem further and narrowed it down to either a Pcars2 plug-in or gamedash related bug.

The temporary fix is to close gamedash while Pcars 2 is running and launch gamedash again. This will result in spinning fans.

Took me quite a while to figuer this out. Perhaps it's also related that i only use simwind and no other outputs or motion.

    Perhaps @yobuddy and/or @value1 can look this ?
