    Hi Guys,

Just after some input from anyone that may have used the new Dual Shaft Wormdrive gearbox, as per below:
    (MotionDynamics in AU) (50:1 / 60:1)

How are people mounting their levers to this gearbox?

I was thinking of some kind of collar around the shaft, with a large screw through those holes.... ??

I have @Archie and was concerned about the strength with such a large existing bolt hole through the shaft.

So I had a custom machined tube made that is an interference fit, with a step down ridge to clear the gearbox housing and stepped up to provide more material and support for the securing bolt.

I could not get away with a shorter tube but if I could have I would have also have used a securing bolt horizontally in the end of the gearbox shaft.

Excellent. I had the same in mind. I was going to blow torch a 20mm tube and hammer it onto the shaft to achieve the same, with a bolt going through.

I was hoping to sort something out without dragging out the welder. Oh um.. :)

Actually @noorbeast , do you recall the ID of the tubing you used?
And what the ID of the interference fit you ended up with, was?

    Thank you.
