Need help trouble shooting a JRK

    My Motion Simulator:
    3DOF, DC motor, JRK, Motion platform
    Fired up the ol' girl today in a week or so (Been traveling) and the right motor is not responding. Running PSaw motors and JRK's. Pulling up the JRK utility tool, the computer is seeing the motion translated by moving the motor by hand through the JRK graph, but I can not manually command through the utility any movement of the motor. I assume the JRK is toast. Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this guy?

    Just killed another JRK (Left side this time) lol
    I have over 400 hours on these guys, so not a big deal....
    I did, a couple days ago reduce my PID's just a touch as I have had them really sensitive these past year.
    Oh well....
    With fun comes maintenance
