    have done modification with a second switched valve to vent bags faster, respectively to have in middle position both sides guaranteed vented.

    ok i understand what is going here - the piston volume is greater than the bag volume

    looks like it works pretty good :)

    what hose diameter are you using? how about the Tube Fittings, any brand? I have a similar setup and my problem is air leaking.

    hose diameter is 8mm, ordinary fittings from ebay no special brand. This is a open system puts atmosphere pressure to each cylinder side, refill it, in every middle position.
